Painting

So after the first few weeks at school last week we had to show our first assignments, painting/drawing and typography. Tomorrow I will show the first drafts of the typography project, but for today I will humbly show the results of the painting assignment.

The idea was to use only Cyan, Magenta and Yellow and make abstract paintings. You can use whatever material to paint and you ave to mix colors and not see any white anymore.

Only Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.

So this is what I made, sure not the best but I’m not a painter and this was more to get an idea about composition and have some fun, and I did.

1. I didn’t like this one to much but the teacher was happy, he said the composition was great.

3. I love this one, and it is a great paint IMO.

4. Fun all around… not a great composition but great for backgrounds and things like that.
